The management of NFL decided that they going to discontinue engagement of Management Trainee through GATE Examination. From 2016, NFL conducts the recruitment for Management Trainee (MT) with GATE Score but from 2019 NFL Conduct NFL MT Examination for this recruitment.

What is NFL MT Exam 2021?
National Fertilizers Limited conducts the exam for the recruitment of a Management Trainee. This exam is known as NFL MT Exam 2021. The exam going to conduct in the month of July but in the current country, the scenario exam is postponed.

Eligibility Criteria
Interested candidates should satisfy the eligibility criteria below to appear for NFL Recruitment 2021.
- Candidates should have a full-time regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication/ Instrumentation & Electronics/ Eletronics & Electrical/ Civil Engineering with 60% marks in qualifying degree.
- For MT (Chemical Lab) candidates should have a full-time M.Sc. (Chemistry) degree with 60% marks
- For MT (Fire & Safety) candidates should have (B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc. Engg.) in Fire Engg./ Safety & Fire Engg. with 60% marks.

Application Form
- The candidate has to fill online application form once the application process starts.
- Visit the official NFL website to fill the online application form with the required details regarding age, date of birth, qualification, division and percentage of marks obtained, year of passing, and respective School/College/University, work experience including position held, name of employers with address, nature of duties, period of service, the scale of pay, salary is drawn, choice of city to have opted for the online test and other requisite information/declaration.
- The candidate also required to upload the scanned copy of the following documents without which their application will not be accepted:
a. Matriculation Certificate for age proof
b. Final Marksheet / Degree, as applicable, for proof of meeting educational qualification;
c. Caste Certificate/ EWS Certificate, if applicable;
d. Divyang/PwBD certificate if applicable;
e. Experience Certificate, if applicable;
f. ID Proof issued by Government authority.

Selection Process in NFL Recruitment without GATE
There are 2 stages in the selection process of NFL MT Recruitment 2021. The candidate has to clear both stages to get a job in National Fertilizers Limited.
- Stage 1: Online Test
- Stage 2: Personal Interview
The final selection will be based on performance in Online Test as well as Personal Interview with the following weightages:

- Medium of Test will be in Rajbhasha (Hindi) and English
- The total duration of the exam is 2 Hours
- The total number of questions will be 150
- Each question carries one mark
- There will be no negative marking for the wrong answer.
