Eligibility Criteria for BDL Recruitment 2021
Project Engineer Posts
- Candidates should have First Class B.E./B.Tech Degree/B.Sc. Engg. (4 years) in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Computer Science/ Civil/ IT/ ECE with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institute.
- With education qualification candidate must have a minimum of 01 years of experience.
Project Officer Posts
- Candidates should have First Class in MBA / MSW /PG Diploma (02 years) or equivalent course in HR/ MBA (Finance)/ MBA (Marketing / Foreign Trade / Supply Chain Management)
- With education qualification candidate must have a minimum of 01 years of experience.

Salary (Pay Scale)
Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs.30,000/-, Rs.33,000/-, Rs.36,000/- and Rs.39,000/- per month for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year of contract respectively.
