L&T Recruitment 2020:- Larson & Toubro India Ltd. gives you an opportunity to dream big and be a class apart. L&T Construction released a notification for L&T Recruitment 2020 for B.E./B.Tech 2018/2019 Passout Students. The application form for this recruitment is already started. The last date to apply for L&T Recruitment 2020 will be 4th February 2020.

L&T published the spot offer challenge for B.E./B.Tech 2019/2018 Passout Batch. The selected candidate will work as a Graduate Engineer Trainee. For that, you have to fill the online application form before 7th February 2020. This recruitment will do in 3 rounds: Online Test, Technical Interview, and HR Round.

L&T Recruitment 2020 Overview:

Education Qualification for L&T Recruitment

• Education: B.E/B.Tech (All branches)
• Batch: 2018/2019 passed out only
• Work Experience: 3 to 18 months in an IT role (eg: Developer, Tester, DBA, Analyst etc.)
• Aggregate of 60% & Above OR Equivalent CGPA
• Academic Gap: Academic gap allowed only after the completion of the entire course i.e after SSC/after HSC or Diploma/after Graduation. No year drop allowed.
• There should be no backlogs after the declaration of final semester results in all courses
• Joining Date: February 2020 onwards.

Age Limit Criteria for L&T Recruitment

• For 2018 batch pass outs: Date of Birth >= 1st July 1994
• For 2019 batch pass outs: Date of Birth >= 1st July 1995

Selection Process for L&T Recruitment 2020

• The candidate should fill the online application form and appear for Online Written Test (Coding).
• Exam followed by a Technical interview
• Round 3rd will be HR Interview & Spot Offer
• Each stage is used to select a perfect candidate.
